This policy explains how Dreamcatcher by Ingrid & Estelle (“we”, “us”) uses the information you share with us through this website, especially the Performance Booking Enquiry form on our Contact page.
Who we are
Dreamcatcher by Ingrid & Estelle is a musical duo based in South Africa. We use this website to share our work and to receive booking enquiries.

Information we collect from the enquiry form
When you send a booking enquiry, you provide the details needed to understand your event and to reply to you. That typically includes:
- Your name, email address, contact number, and preferred way for us to get in touch
- Whether you are enquiring as a private client, planner, venue, or organisation
- Event details such as type of occasion, date, venue or location, guest numbers, performance time, and duration
- Music preferences, including the type of performance, what you would like to book, optional song requests, and the mood you would like the music to convey
- Practical information about the performance space, piano, access, sound equipment, and any venue restrictions
- Anything else you would like us to know, and how you heard about us
You choose what to include in free-text fields. Please do not send sensitive information that is not needed for a booking, such as identity numbers or payment details.
How we use this information
We use enquiry details only to:
- Read and respond to your booking request
- Prepare a suitable recommendation and quotation
- Discuss and, if you proceed, arrange the performance
- Keep a record of the enquiry while we are in discussion with you, or while a booking is active
We do not sell your information, and we do not use the enquiry form to send marketing newsletters.
How the form is sent and stored
When you submit the form, the details are emailed to us. We do not keep a separate public database of form submissions on this website. Copies of the email may then sit in our ordinary email inbox, and we may keep related notes while we handle your enquiry or booking.
The form includes simple checks to reduce automated spam. Those checks are not used to identify you.
Who we share information with
We share enquiry details only where it is needed to handle your request. That may include:
- Our email provider, which delivers the enquiry to us
- The company that hosts this website
- A venue, planner, or other person you have already involved, if we need to confirm practical details for your event
If you contact us on WhatsApp, Meta processes that conversation under WhatsApp’s own terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to reply to you, to complete a booking, and to keep a reasonable record of the arrangement. If an enquiry does not lead to a booking, we delete or archive it once it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, unless we still need it to complete a booking or to meet a legal obligation. To do so, email dream.ingrid.estelle@gmail.com.
Cookies and browsing
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies to track you. Your browser may still store ordinary technical data, such as a favicon, when you visit the pages. Embedded music or video from YouTube, Spotify, or similar services is provided by those platforms and is covered by their own privacy policies if you play that content.

If we change how we handle enquiry information, we will update this page. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
